From Bob Saxon - "I painted Vic's portrait in 2017 for our (Society of Artists Newcastle Inc) annual portrait exhibition. My wife Chris worked with Vic at the Newcastle Herald so that's how I got to know him. I interviewed Vic and took a few photos leading to the painting's composition. We went out to Rocky Point (Eleebana) to his home after the exhibition and gave him the painting. That's about all I can think of. Let's know if I can help further.
